Kristen Joyner manages promotions for nonprofit and corporate clients. She develops marketing plans, branding opportunities, and provides promotional merchandise for corporations and organizations. She also teaches training workshops for staff leadership.

She has worked in broadcast advertising, nonprofit development, volunteer recruitment and training, as well as sales and donor development and retention.

She previously served as Director of Development for Learning Disabilities Association of Arkansas where she created, developed, and implemented a plan to increase current and future donations for the programs and services of the organization. She prepared and presented a Learning Disabilities legislative plan to the U.S. Congressional Representatives of Arkansas.

For Southern Skies Corporation and KSSN radio, she built a successful marketing and sales program bringing in an increased number of new sales revenue.

She was responsible for recruiting, training, and motivation of Board members and volunteers for a special program for Lutheran Hour Ministries throughout the United States.

For the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Arkansas Chapter, she was responsible for securing corporate sponsors and building relationships with schools throughout the state of Arkansas to promote a special reading program. In addition, she created awareness through statewide media outlets and special events.
